Beautiful Art Deco Era gold filled expansion bracelet. The sweetheart bracelet is made up of “S” style expansion links with every other one has a design. The center contains a large purple glass heart bezel set with a design surround. This bracelet can fit most wrists, can expand up to 10 inches.
"American Queen" is one of the trademarks of the Pitman & Keller company from Attleboro, MA. This is a rolled gold filled expansion bracelet. As you probably know, bracelets like these were given to sweethearts of soldiers during war times as a way to remember the giver while they were away! They were also popular at other periods from 1900 to about the 1960s. At the center of the alternately etched and smoothly finish band is a purple glass heart with a detailed surround.
