Opened because of a customer return. Nothing wrong with the product, they just were in need and I sent them their money back. I don't know what else to say about these, they're great! If I wasn't rockin the Sony WF-1000-XM5s I would be rockin these for sure! Better ANC than even the XM5s IMHO. Sound quality is just as good. Plays nice with all devices, even Apple. All accessories have been sterilized just to be sure with UV sterilization (lab grade) just in case. No scratches scuffs, missing paint, or damage of any kind. Looks like the accessories have never been touched. Original box, charging cable, ear tips, instructions, and of course the headphones / case are all included in this sale.
All serial numbers are recorded and video is retained of the entire packing and shipping process. Rest assured. We do not make mistakes.
